Our Legacy
Founded in 1996, the Porta Property Group began as Porta Property Development, established by three brothers – Andre Combrinck, the late Chris Combrinck, and the late Koos Combrinck. From its inception, the company has been driven by a shared passion for excellence in property development, building a reputation for delivering quality projects from concept to completion.
Today, Porta Property Group continues to uphold the vision and values established by its founders, remaining a respected leader in the South African property development industry.

Our Journey
Our first
major achievement was Black Eagle Estate, a complete turnkey development – from
land acquisition, rezoning, township establishment, and infrastructure
installation, to designing and constructing 11 cluster homes on a plot-and-plan
basis.
Over the years, we have successfully delivered:
• 50+ sectional title projects (ranging from 9 to 100 units)
• 1,558 residential units completed by mid-2008
• Multiple luxury home refurbishments in Roodepoort (2001)
• Several full-title residential township developments
